What we collect

When you submit a project request, we collect the contact, project, timing, budget, and traffic-source information you choose to share. We may also receive basic technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, contact you through your preferred method, improve the Voundra experience, and protect the service from spam. We do not sell project requests or use them to build a public directory.

How long we keep it

Project requests are kept for as long as we need them for follow-up, reporting, and reasonable business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting the team through the email address used in your request.

Third parties

Voundra may use infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, analytics, and notifications. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
